Support for BANA can come in a number of ways, depending on your abilities, time and resources. We very much appreciate any support you are able to give, how ever you are able to offer it.
A primary way of supporting us is to become a member, whether a patient, family member, carer, or a member of the medical profession. By joining our ranks we are able to evidence the need for our charitable services, and we can become a bigger vocal force to encourage change and development for those affected.
As a primarily self-funding charity, charitable donations and fundraising events are vital to continuing our work, for those affected and for the patients of the future. For fundraising ideas and tips click here Fundraising Resources. Fundraising can come in various forms, through sponsorship events or collections. If you would like to share an idea or ask how you can help, please get in touch. Click here to see some of our current fundraisers and events.
If you wish to make a donation to support our work, please click on the Donate Today link throughout our site. You might also consider monthly Work Place Giving schemes paid through your salary, or nominating BANA to your employer or a local organisation as a worthy cause to adopt as their annual charity. Many also consider leaving a lasting legacy in their will or by arranging advance in memoriam donations.
If you are a member and are willing to volunteer your time as a branch or support group facilitator, we’d love to hear from you. We will do all that we can to make the role easy for you, and you can achieve a great sense of satisfaction by enabling social interaction at a local level for people affected by acoustic neuromas who might otherwise feel quite isolated.
We hope our website helps you to find the information & support that you are seeking. If you have any other questions please feel free to contact us
